I can't say this about too many people in Philadelphia but I'm going to say Brad Cooper is phenomenal. He has wowed me and I haven't even known him a year. I wish I met him sooner but I'm grateful I know him now. Brad did everything he said he was going to do. He stood by his word and that speaks volumes and I value him because he stands by what he says. No disrespect to his wife or my husband, I love this man.
